Terms of Service

By using FlashAttic you agree to these terms.

The service

FlashAttic is a free website that lists classic Flash games and lets you play them through an embedded third-party player. The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep every game working, but we cannot guarantee that a particular game will load, run or save progress on every device.

The games

The games belong to their original creators. FlashAttic does not host the game files and does not claim ownership of any game, character or trademark. Descriptions, hints, lists and other texts on the site are written by FlashAttic.

Acceptable use

Please do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that harms its performance, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your local data

Progress is stored in your browser only. We are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared; use the export option on the My attic page to keep a copy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
