DMCA and Copyright Policy

We respect the work of the developers and studios who made these games. All game titles, characters, artwork and trademarks mentioned on FlashAttic belong to their respective owners. FlashAttic does not host or distribute game files; games are played through an embedded third-party player.

How to send a removal request

If you own the rights to a game or other content shown on this site and want it removed or credited differently, email us at the address in the footer with:

  1. Your name, company and contact details.
  2. The exact URL(s) on FlashAttic you want removed.
  3. A description of the copyrighted work and proof that you own it or are authorized to act for the owner.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to respond within 24 hours. Complete requests are normally handled the same day: the game is taken out of the catalog and its pages are removed in the next deployment. We will reply to confirm what was done. If a page was removed by mistake, the affected party may send a counter-notice with the same level of detail.

Developers who want to stay

If you made one of these games and are happy for it to stay, we would love to hear from you too. We can add a link to your current work, fix the credits on the exhibit label or add your own notes about how the game was made.
