Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you use FlashAttic and how it is used.

No account, no personal data

FlashAttic does not have accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

What is stored on your device

Your attic – the games you played, how long you played them, the games you saved and your series progress – is stored in your browser's local storage under a single key. It never leaves your device unless you export it yourself from the My attic page. Clearing your browser data, or the "Clear everything" button on that page, deletes it.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies) and Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, from which countries and on which devices. These services process data under their own privacy policies.

The embedded game player

Games run in an embedded player provided by GGEMU. When you press Play, your browser loads that player from GGEMU's servers, which may process technical information such as your IP address under GGEMU's own privacy policy.

Advertising

If advertising is shown, advertising partners may set their own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
